Section 498A in The Indian Penal Code, 1860
498A. Husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty.—
Whoever, being the husband
commission of offences by the
appellants under Sections 498A , 406 / 34 of the Indian Penal
Code ( I.P.C ., for short). For the sake ... appellants No. 1 and 2
for offences under Section 498A I.P.C.
