7. The learned Counsel for the Appellant submitted that
been filed by the Appellant seeking ex-parte
ad-interim stay on the tariff schedule for FY 2023-24 approved in the
judgment
filed by the Appellant herein for grant of ex parte
ad interim stay of the order of the CERC dated 29.04.2022 in Petition
Order dated 27.05.2025 passed by the JSERC and sought ex parte ad
interim stay in respect of the determination of NTI.
