25. According to the statement of this doctor and the
prescription, the respondent was suffering from Epilepsy and
while describing post ... left eyebrow was
also present. According to the doctor, all these injuries were
ante mortem in nature and the cause of death was shock
same day in the
hospital. P.W.10 Professor and Doctor of Forensic
Medicine conducted the post-mortem on examination ... found that before
the dying declarations were recorded "opinions of the
doctors attending on the deceased were also obtained
spot prepared an inquest report and sent the dead body to the Doctor for post mortem.
There can be no doubt that the deceased ... defence and the prosecution.
