complaint dated 29.04.2004 since no eyewitness to the incident was there.
Non-supply of the copy of the complaint ... Vidyyarathi Vice Principal,
toward Ms. Nidhi Singh but the absence of any eyewitness and the
clandestine manner of handling the case by the ex-Principal

18. PW 1 KP Singh is not the eyewitness. No complaint has been
made on the part of the person from
duty hours, and the
Loco Pilot also gave a statement as an eyewitness. The Inquiry Officer
conducted the inquiry as per rules, considered the statements
enquiry had not witnessed the incident of 23.02.2006 but
falsely projected as eyewitnesses by Mr. Neeraj Kumar
and for these illegal acts, Mr. Neeraj Kumar
been subjected to beating by the respondent. The Principal was not an eyewitness to the incident relating to Master V.K. Srinivasalu and also
eyewitness, had already
reported the misconduct of the then SPM, who was
suspended and punished accordingly.
