certified drugs and cosmetics which reads as under;
"18. Prohibition of manufacture and sale of certain
drugs and cosmetics.-

Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules thereunder. The report
further indicates that the label on the subject ... match the Label Claim Tablet, which would
utmost amount to a misbranded drug as defined under
