they wish to seek exemption from NET/SLET/SAT. If under the
advertisement, the petitioners are required to submit certificate from
notification provides for exemption (eligibility for
Assistant Professor) and reads as follows:
"5) EXEMPTION (ELIGIBILITY FOR
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR)

41. The respondents accordingly contended that the
appellants have neither qualified NET/SLET/SET nor they
