36. Vacancies not filled up to be carried ... shall fill up the vacancy by appointment of a person, other than a person with disability:
Provided that if the nature of vacancies
hearing disability, intellectual disability, disability
caused due to chronic neurological conditions, disability due to blood disorder
and multiple disabilities :
“25.2. The disability caused ... incorporates five specified disabilities:
1. Physical disabilities comprised of
(a) Locomotor disability including
(i) leprosy cured persons
(ii) cerebral palsy
(iii) dwarfism
(iv) muscular dystrophy
