Chapter IV of the Act shall not take
place between sunset and sunrise. It is also not
practical. It will almost make impossible the detention ... well known that many International
flights depart from India and also reach India between
sunset and sunrise. It could not have been intended
that
sunset and before sunrise when the accused in that case was arrested for carrying contraband in the suitcase at the Sahar International Airport, when
having international ramifications.
