dislocated in relation to C-6 of the
body with the underline spinal cord being swollen, bruised and
edematous for a length of about ... that the deceased met his death on account of
shock following the spinal injury to the neck. He has deposed that the
internal injury
back bone particularly Lumbar-1 and
Thoracic-12 and contusion of the spinal cord at the place of
dislocation of the back bone ... dead body. The only vital injury found
by him was at the spinal cord. Thus, it being the unquestioned
testimony of the Doctor
injury, i.e., fracture of vertebra C-1,C-2
membrence of spinal cord on back had also been noticed. Thus,
having seen as above ... nerogonic shock due to the injury
to the vital organ like spinal cord likely to have been caused by

account of injury
to the vital organs like spinal cord, oesophagus trachea with veins
and arteries. The finding of the Doctor (P.W.7) have
with underline
great vessel injury and dissection of spinal cord. P.W.15, on
dissection, has found the vertibra column to have been fractured ... complete dissection of spinal cord. Except this injury, no other
injury has been noticed by the Doctor (P.W.15). It is his evidence
that
through the lamina
of the vertebra, reached up to the spinal
canal.
(viii). Cut wound of size 3 x 1 cm at the
midline ... shock as a result of cranio cerebral injury and spinal
injury. The defence has never disputed the homicidal
death of the deceased. It is, therefore
noticed several injuries on the vital organs of
the deceased like brain, spinal cord and large vessels of neck etc. It is his
evidence that
evidence, the death was on
account of spinal shock due to cut injury in neck and it was a
homicidal death. All these have been
streno cleido mastoid
muscle, vessles on left side and went upto the spinal cord by cutting the
vertebra at C-5/6 level having been
noticed several injuries on the vital organs of
the deceased like brain, spinal cord and large vessels of neck etc. It is his
evidence that
