"Abetment of a thing.--A person abets the doing of
a thing, who--
(First) -- Instigates any person to do that ... accused intended by such act to instigate the deceased to
commit suicide. Unless the ingredients of instigation/abetment
to commit suicide are satisfied, accused cannot
follow, cannot be said to be
instigation.
17. Thus, to constitute 'instigation', a person who
instigates another has to provoke, incite, urge ... person who abets and not upon the
act which is done by the person who has abetted. The
abetment may be by instigation, conspiracy
person who abets and it is not dependent upon act which is done by the person who has abetted. Instigation has to be gathered from ... such act to instigate the deceased to commit suicide. This Court is of the view that all ingredients of instigation of abetment to commit suicide
