this appeal with the observation
that the appellant, if not already regularised as Headmaster, shall
be considered for regularization w.e.f. the date

With these findings of fact, the Tribunal
employee under M.P.I.R.
Act, and the petitioner is already regularised then the
order passed in the case of Uma Devi will ... grant of consequential benefit to the
petitioner as he has already been regularised in service
and after considering the principle laid down
selection held in January/February, 2006 have already been regularised, amply
demonstrates that the appellant has been singled for hostile discrimination.
Such a gross injustice
workman pointed out that
Man Singh has already been regularised w.e.f.
29.10.96 by Superintending Engineer which fact has
not been disputed ... there remains no controversy about Man
Singh as he has already been as regularised during
the pendency of this reference which is admitted
Government taking into
consideration the fact that similarly placed persons had already
been regularised.
7. Smt.Girija Gopal relied upon the following judgments to
contend ... already i n vogue,
for regularisation of such employees consistent with
its reservation policy and if a scheme is already
framed, the same
they were already working temporarily, which status continues till date. As far as temporary promotees are concerned, they are yet to be regularised and therefore ... even be in the seniority list as their services were not regularised.
