The challenge of the petitioners is that
fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 14 , 19 and 21 and
also their constitutional right to property arising from Article 300A
of the Constitution of India ... petitioners' fundamental rights under Articles 14 , 21
and 19 and his further right under Article 300A of the Constitution
of India.
8. We have
properties of a citizen
without any compensation thereby it violates Article 300A of the
Constitution.

(J) The concept of confiscation in such a case ... unreasonable which clearly
invites the discomfort of Article 14 and also clearly violates Article
300A of the Constitution.
(O) The reason ascribed to classify
include the right to livelihood. The
said provisions are violative of Article 300A of the Constitution, as
the action of imposing punitive charges tantamounts ... Authority under such provision,

23- The next contention of the petitioner that

against the principle of natural justice and also contrary to Article 300A
of the Constitution of India.
12. Mr. Maitra further contended that
impugned notifications violated Article
14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and were also contrary to
Article 300A of the Constitution
thus the impugned order is violative of Article 14 , 19
(1) (g) besides Article 300A of the Constitution of India.
