VERSION OF THE APPELLANT:
The appellant had taken ASHA DEEP life insurance policy (two) with
accident benefit under the plan of table ... pleaded that the proposal for insurance on his own life for
ASHA DEEP under medical Scheme was accepted by the appellant. He was
medically examined

purchased Life Insurance Policy, namely 'Asha Deep Policy'
for the assured sum of Rs.1,50,000.00 vide ... that Aortic Valve
Replacement did not come under the benefits of Asha Deep
Policy.
7. On the other hand learned counsel for the

The complainant having taken Asha Deep
policy, from the opposite party, had underwent a double valve replacement
surgery ... order passed by the District Forum.
6. The complainant had taken, Asha Deep II
policy, from the 2nd opposite party, commencing from
brief facts of the case are that the petitioner
obtained Asha Deep policy for a sum of Rs.50,000/- from Life
Insurance Corporation ... hale and healthy at the
time of initial coverage of Asha Deep insurance policy on
28.03.1993 and as on the date of revival
proposal forms on 17.11.1993 for obtaining Life

Insurance Policies Asha Deep under Table and Term 110-25 with Accident Benefits for a sum assured ... that the appellant LIC should be directed to issue him Policy Asha Deep as originally proposed by him and not the Endowment Policy with Profits
case are that are that complainant/respondent subscribed to the
Asha Deep policy of OP bearing No. 121175262 with half yearly mode of payment ... stent (Coronary Stenting) and the sum is not covered under the
Asha Deep policy. The complainants case
fell under exclusion clause of the policy mentioned
appeal in short are as under:-
