the Registrar of Copyrights bearing a prior date i.e. 26.11.91

work unconditionally to M/s Islamic Book Service
defendant nos. 13 to 22. The
said authors had assigned the copyright of the said books in
favour of the plaintiff by virtue of written ... plaint (supra) written by defendant
nos. 13 to 23 who had assigned their copyright in favour of the
plaintiff. Defendant nos. 13 to 23 have
with their copyrighted songs. The owners of Zee Entertainment
Enterprises Ltd. had authorised the plaintiff to deal with its Copyrighted songs vide
Assignment Deed ... Copyrights of Zee Enterprises
and that these copyrights have been infringed by the defendants on 03.06.2016 by playing
the copyrighted songs without requisite license.
