convict as the convict is suffering from diabetes and the
cataract is developed in his right eye and required urgent operation
yet no proper treatment ... transpires that no treatment is given to the convict regarding his
cataract, and considering the certificate of Dr.Nagpal dated
22.8.2011 produced by the petitioner
medical treatment from the
doctor of his choice for the purpose of cataract surgery of his
right eye.
4. We
have heard Mr. RC Kodekar ... Jail Dispensary, Ahmedabad, we have noticed that
the applicant is suffering from cataract of his right eye and
therefore, he was referred to Civil Hospital
ground that his wife Maniben is to be operated for
Cataract. The Cataract surgery is scheduled on 09.06.2011 to be
performed at Devansh Eye Clinic
days so as to get his mother
operated for 'Cataract' in left eye.
2.0 Rule.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Pandya waives service ... there is nobody to attend the
mother and get her operated for Cataract. The learned advocate for
the applicant submitted that the Court may provide
days so as to enable
him to get operated for 'Cataract'.
2.0 Learned
Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Pandya made available for perusal
extension of temporary bail by 45
days so as to get cataract removed from his left eye.
2. RULE.
Mr.Kartik Pandya, learned Additional Public
petitioner has sought temporary bail for 30 days for arranging the
cataract operation of his mother. He has not stated the number of
other family
employment injury but it was due to Senile Cataract
operation of the workman in his left eye. It appears that being
aggrieved by and dissatisfied ... specifically observed by Medical Board that the workman was
operated for Senile Cataract in his left eye, the said finding was
not required
aged 8, and old mother, who is aged 70, having
cataract. Under the circumstances, the Authority may
consider his case sympathetically and if satisfied, then
temporary bail for
the period of 45 days on the ground of cataract operation of his
own.
