22.Sri Prashant Chandra, has argued with all possible vehemence that since there is a serious dispute as to whether the petitioner was evicted on 5.10.1999, from the premises in question, so in view of the law laid down by the Apex Court in Krishna Lal Gupta and Ors. v. Adhishashi Adhikari and Ors., 1998 (4) AWC 407 (SC) : (1998) 9 SCC 587.
