The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner apart from making his submissions based on the grounds raised in this petition, would further submit that the issues involved in this Habeas Corpus Petition are squarely covered by the earlier decision of this Court vide order dated 3.9.2010 made in H.C.P.No.2227 of 2009- Abdul Rahman vs. The State of Tamil Nadu and two others.
