4. The petitioner further claims that this Court has jurisdiction to try the
present petition as Sh. Sham Lal has left behind the immovable property
PC no. 02/2019 Kusum Sharma V. State & ors. Page no. 5/11
which is within the jurisdiction of this Court. The petitioner further averred
that to the knowledge of the petitioner, no other similar application has been
made in any other Court.
