A Division Bench of this Court has allowed the appeal
preferred by the State of Haryana and has set aside the judgment of
the learned Single Judge vide order dated 05.07.2006 and has
dismissed the writ petition. The present petition being covered by the
judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 767
of 1995 titled as State of Haryana vs. Attar Singh Sharma and
others, the same cannot survive and is, therefore, dismissed.
