By means of the present petition, the petitioners have assailed the order dated 22.08.2006, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C.-5, Sultanpur in Criminal Revision No.443 of 2006 (Gaya Prasad and others Vs. State of U.P. and 02 others) and order dated 16.06.2006, passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Musafirkhana in Case No.52/54 (Vishwanath Lal and others Vs. Mata Prasad and others).
In the instant petitions, the petitioner has challenged
order dated 27.01.2024 (for short "the impugned order"),
whereby the Trial Court being Munsiff (Civil Judge Jr. Division),
Katra has framed as many as 07 issues in case titled as "Kewal
Krishan Padha and others Vs Deepak Kumar" and in case titled
as "Sham Lal Baru and another Vs Deepak Kumar" has framed as
many as 10 issues, requiring the parties thereto to file list of the
witnesses.

whereby the Trial Court being Munsiff (Civil Judge Jr. Division),
Katra has framed as many as 07 issues in case titled as "Kewal

By this petition, the petitioner herein has challenged order dated
07.03.2025 passed by the Court of learned Munsiff, Katra in OS No. 04/2021
titled Sham Lal Baru and Anr. Vs. Deepak Kumar, whereby preliminary issues
5-7 were reframed and decided against the respondents herein.
