Mr. Banerjee relying on the case of
Employees' State Insurance Corporation Vs. M/S M.P
Associates Engineers & another decided by this court on 10th
October, 2012 further submitted that order(s) dated 5th May and
22nd May 2015 being still there which were passed by the ESI
Court stretching just relief exercising its inherent power the
impugned order dated 26th April, 2016 should be set aside and
the revisional application should be allowed with necessary
directions so that the petitioner would be able to pursue for
implementation of earlier order(s) dated 5th May and 22nd May,
2015 which according to him, was passed in exercise of inherent
power available to the court by acting within the power vested to
the Court by the Act itself.
