27. It transpires from record that Dr. Sumita Prabhakar had to file
Criminal Writ Petition No. 1189 of 2012; Dr. Sumita Prabhakar Vs.

State of Uttarakhand and others, before the Hon'ble High Court of
Uttarakhand at Nainital, in which the Hon'ble Court observed that the
team of medical officers inquired the incident and stated that the
medical officer (petitioner) was a qualified person and she gave
satisfactory treatment to the patient and the arrest of the petitioner
during investigation was accordingly, ordered to be stayed.
