3. Therefore, following the principles laid down in the
aforesaid judgment, this writ petition is disposed of holding
that the stamp duty paid by the petitioner on the original of
Ext.P1 is adequate. On this basis, it is directed that on the
W.P.(C) No.26321/10
: 2 :
production of a copy of this judgment, the first respondent
shall return the original of Ext.P1 document to the petitioner.
