1. Vide this order, I shall dispose of this appeal preferred by the
appellant against the impugned order dated 03.08.2023 passed by
Ld. MM, North, Rohini Courts, whereby an application under
section 23 of Domestic Violence Act for grant of interim
maintenance filed by the appellant was dismissed in complaint case
no. 548/22 titled as Shweta Mehta Vs Kunal Kapoor.
