It is stated by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Court in the

the Impugned O.M. in the present case. In the aforesaid case, the Hon'ble
Orissa High Court held that the O.M. under challenge in those proceedings,
frustrated the purpose of PSARA and was violative of Article 14 of the
Constitution of India, 1950.
