Kenchalarakoppa should be equally applied to the land in Tegur
village. He further submitted that the Hon'ble Apex Court in
the case of Smt.Mahadevi and others Vs. The National
Highways Authority of India and another had set aside the
judgment of the division bench in M.F.A.No.25323/2012 and
therefore, the order passed by the division bench cannot be
relied upon.
