Kalpana and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 800 of 2020 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali Orai, District Jalaun as well as impugned charge-sheet dated 17.09.2021 and cognizance and summoning order dated 19.10.2021 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalaun at Orai and prayed that the applicant is desirous to appear before the trial court within a period of two weeks, file bail application and in case the bail application is filed, the same may be decided expeditiously in view of the judgment of Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.
