7.      The counsel for OPs now appellants further argued that complainant has received the entire payment through cheque  and claim stood finally settled. On this point; appellants referred to law laid down in Bhukker Electricals versus Oriental Insurance Company, reported in III (2012) CPJ 260 (NC). We find that in the cited case; the insured failed to show that it ever objected or protested against the settlement of the insurance claim.
