Shri Dave, learned advocate relying upon the decision of this Court in case of Anwar Hussain Satar and Ors. Vs. Gujarat Maritime Board & Ors, reported in 2008 (1) GLH 34, submitted that applicants would approach the Competent Authority of Gujarat Maritime Board so that the workmen-applicants may not have to suffer in these days of hardship. He seeks permission to withdraw these applications at this stage with a liberty to move the Competent Authority of Gujarat Maritime Board with appropriate prayers for either granting the workmen reinstatement at current wages or at least seeking appropriate reliefs.
