Kashish Sachdeva (hereinafter referred to as 'appellant')

of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (hereinafter
referred to as 'DV Act') whereby appellant/ husband was
directed to pay Rs.15,000/- per month to Dr. Priyanka Arora
(hereinafter referred to as 'respondent'), towards interim
maintenance for herself from the date of filing of petition in
question till disposal of the case.
