2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that this very petition was filed earlier and numbered as Writ Petition No.11164 (S/S) of 2021; 'Balwant Chandra Vs. State of U.P. and Others' and the same was taken up on 28.05.2021 and certain orders were passed in the same. Since, there were certain defects in the writ petition, the same was again uploaded by the petitioner and the same by mistake has been reported as present fresh Writ Petition No.10876 (S/S) of 2021. In view thereof, he prays to withdraw the present Writ Petition No.10876 (S/S) of 2021 with liberty to pursue his earlier filed Writ Petition No.11164 (S/S) of 2021.
