State Bank Of India vs Shri N. Sundara Money on 16 January, 1976

In State Bank of India v. Shri N. Sundara Money, a Division Bench of this Court consisting of Chandrachud, Krishna Iyer and Gupta JJ held that a certain order of retrenchment was in violation of the provisions of S. 25F and was, therefore, invalid and inoperative.
