Shipping and ors. 1994 LLR 440, it was held that when the
nature of work of the petitioner/employee, the various duties
performed by him, his status and position in the company, his
ranking, all clearly go to show that he was employed mainly in
the Administrative capacity and the work, which can be termed
as work of clerical nature done by him, was only incidental to his
employment in the Administrative Capacity, he was on the facts
of the case, was not a workman.
