In the aforesaid view of the matter, it is not necessary to examine the further contention advanced by Mr. Misra that even if there be any violation of any rule relating to the grant-in-aid or of recognition framed by the Government, the enforcement of the same will be a matter in between the Government and the school, and not between the aggrieved teacher and the management. This submission has been advanced by the learned counsel because of what has been laid down in Kumari Regina v. St. Eloysius Higher Elementary School (A.I.R.) 1971 Supreme Court 1922.
