The Central Pollution Control Board, some of the
States and Ministries of Urban Development have not filed
their Replies to the Status Report, in furtherance to the
directions issued in the main case of Almitra H. Patel &
Anr. Vs. UOI & Ors. We grant them last opportunity. Let
the needful be done and in the event of failure by any
State Government or Department to comply with the
directions now, we will be compelled to impose heavy cost
for non-compliance of the orders of the Tribunal.
