Thus the combined reading of Section 4(a) and Section 10 of B.L.R. Act leaves no room for doubt that the interests of the head lessee were left unaffected by the aforesaid notifications to the extent indicated above, This view receives support from catena of decisions of this Court where this position has been fully recognised and affirmed.
