that till the next date of listing, effect and
operation of the impugned order dated
07.08.2018 passed by the Judge Family
Court, Udham Singh Nagar in case no. 19
of 2018 Smt. Manjeet Kaur vs. Surjeet
Singh under section 125 Cr.P.C. shall
remain stayed provided that revisionist
shall pay ` 5,000/- per month as interim
maintenance to respondent no. 2 (wife).
The amount shall be paid by 7th of every
month.
