Further, in every meeting of the Monitoring Committee held with the District level officers, officers of Punjab Pollution Control Board and Department of Environment, Govt. of Punjab, it was informed that District Committee for each District has been constituted, whereas, the Monitoring Committee apprised the officers that the constitution of such Committees may be as per the directions of the Hon'ble National Green Tribunal in its order dated 15.7.2019 in OA No. 710 of 2017 in the matter of Shailesh Singh v/s Sheela Hospital & Trauma Centre, Shahjahanpur & Ors, wherein, it has been directed in Para No. 8, the part of which is reproduced as under:
