Syed Ibrahim vs State Of Andhra Pradesh on 27 July, 2006
25. Counsel for the State has submitted that there may be some
minor discrepancies in the deposition of the witnesses due to various
reason such as the place from which they have witnessed the
occurrence and the way they have perceived the occurrence. On
account of such minor discrepancies, entire prosecution case can not
be disbelieved. Specially in a case in which three persons have been
murdered in the broad day light by appellant, in presence of several
persons, in front of his house, in a most cruel and diminish manner,
counsel for the State has placed reliance upon a judgment of the
Supreme Court in the case of Syed Ibrahim Vs. State of A.P. (2007) 1,
SCC (Cri) 34.
