Counsel for the State has submitted that there may be some minor discrepancies in the deposition of the witnesses due to various reason such as the place from which they have witnessed the occurrence and the way they have perceived the occurrence. On account of such minor discrepancies, entire prosecution case can not be disbelieved. Specially in a case in which three persons have been murdered in the broad day light by appellant, in presence of several persons, in front of his house, in a most cruel and diminish manner, counsel for the State has placed reliance upon a judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Syed Ibrahim Vs. State of A.P. (2007) 1, SCC (Cri) 34.
