(10) When the present appeal was filed Section 10 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966 alone was invoked. But it has been decided by a Full Bench of five Judges of this Court in University of Delhi v. Hafiz Mohd. that as against orders passed by single Judges of this Court in the exercise of ordinary civil jurisdiction appeals are confined to those provided under Order 43 rule I read with section 104 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Shri Ved Vyas questions the correctness of this decision, but the said decision is binding upon us-both of us were parties to this decision.
