Keeping in view the afore-discussed prayer of learned
counsel for the petitioners and without commenting upon the merits of the
matter in hand, the instant writ petition is hereby disposed of with a
direction to respondent No.1-Financial Commissioner Revenue Haryana,
Chandigarh, to hear and decide ROR No.620 of 2019, titled as 'Gaje
Singh Vs. Gian Singh', as pending before him, in accordance with
law/relevant rules, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of
the certified copy of this order.
