5. Concerned respondent is hereby directed to
examine whether petitioners are entitled for regularization or not
in the light of Apex Court's decision rendered in the case of
Secy., State of Karnataka V. Uma Devi reported in (2006)4
SCC page 1 passed in CWJC No. 16 of 2021 read with full
bench decision of this Court in case of Ram Sevak Yadav &
Another Vs. The State of Bihar & Others reported in 2013(1)
PLJR 964 passed in CWJC No. 267 & 472 of 2010 read with
policy decision of the State Government relating to
regularization of contract employees (appointed by the State
Government or its sub-ordinates). Such decision shall be taken
in passing speaking order. The above exercise shall be
completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt
of this order and the decision shall be communicated to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.10082 of 2020 dt.07-01-2022
