Rule 36, this Court has concluded
in the matter of Shri Sai Vividh
Karyakari Seva Sahakari Sanstha Maryadit
and others vs. State of Maharashtra and
others, 2012(2) Mh.L.J. 274 that the
cutoff date as provided under Rule 36(2),
cannot be revised.
