In these circumstances, as was done in A.S.V. Varadachariar v. The Commissioner of Police (1969) II M.L.J. 1, the Commissioner of Police is directed to cause an investigation to be made on the points mentioned by me above and take necessary action according to law, in case it is found that there has been a criminal trespass by the workers into the premises and the presence of the workers there inside the hotel premises would amount to criminal trespass. Writ Petition No. 560 of 1978 is so ordered.
