14. Ld. Additional Chief Standing Counsel also relied upon a Judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Surendra Mohan Yadav Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and others decided on 05.09.2018 in Special Appeal No. 823 of 2018, wherein, according to him, it has been held that if a candidate fails to submit O.B.C. certificate as per the format prescribed in the advertisement and rather furnishes the certificate which related to the appointments to the post under the Government of India and not under the State of Uttar Pradesh, then candidature of such a candidate cannot be considered in O.B.C. category.
