In view of the foregoing discussion, this court is of the opnion that the
prosecution has succesfully proved beyond reasonable doubt that the accused
State Vs. Jaffar Hussain; FIR No. 176/19 Page No.14 of 15
has committed offences punishable under Section 279/338 IPC and Section
146/196 of M.V. Act.
