2. We note that part-arguments were heard by the said Bench on
12.11.2024. The same Bench, in a subsequent Order dated 10.02.2025,
however, taking note of the submissions of the counsels that the
question arising in the present appeals has been referred to a larger
Bench by the Apex Court on 09.12.2024 vide its Order passed in Civil
Appeal No. 6557/2022 titled Tej Bhan (D) Through Lr. & Ors vs.
Ram Kishan (D) Through Lrs. & Ors., deferred the hearing of the
appeal.
