6. Upon consideration of submissions and on perusal of materials
available on record, we are of the view that for convenience of
both sides, Transfer Petition(s) deserve to be allowed.
Accordingly, (a) Complaint Case No.621/2022/Computer Case
No.5245/2022, titled “Arun Kumar Gautam v. Sonia Sharma & Ors.”,
pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Laksar,
Haridwar, Uttarakhand is transferred to a competent Court at
District Baghpat, U.P.; (b) Crl.
