5. The appellant submitted that the CPIO prima facie denied the information
sought by him in his RTI application under Section 8(1)(d) and (e) of the RTI
Act. The appellant stated that at the stage of first appeal, the FAA had denied
disclosure of information under Section 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act. The respondent
has wrongly denied the information on his RTI application. The appellant
further relied upon the case in CPIO, Supreme Court of India Vs. Subhash
Chandra Aggarwal in support of his arguments.
