12. The Hon’ble Supreme Court in Parle products (P) LTD v. J.P. And
CO. Mysore reported in (1972) 1 SCC 618, while dealing with the question of
deceptive similarity in the Trade and Merchandise Marks Act, 1958, held that
it would amount to infringement if the impugned mark bears an overall
